About Us

Balance Nordic is a Twin Cities based cross country skiing club and team. In keeping with the spirit of it's primary sponsor, Balance Fitness Studio, our mission is to build a Nordic ski program that bridges healthy communities and individual well being. Balance Nordic provides beginner and expert coaching in skate and classic skiing. When we aren't skiing we enjoy social and outreach events that build friendships, business relationships and environmental stewardship.

The Twin Cities is lucky to have a network of groomed trails that rival any metropolitan area in the world. With this amazing resource at our doorstep we make the most of the beautiful Minnesota snow and sunshine by strapping on our skis!
