Balance Nordic offers many training and ski opportunities to its members: Dryland Training, Club Ski and Coached Ski.
Dryland Training is your first opportunity of the season to prepare for the snow. Choose from a coached program on Wednesday nights with expert skier and teacher, Greg Rhodes OR our informal club gatherings in the Minneapolis parks on Tuesday evening and Saturday mornings.

Club Ski is an informal gathering of club members organized through our Balance Nordic XC Facebook page. Club members are encouraged to join and organize club skis based on their training goals and agenda. With a club this diverse, you are sure to find a group to connect with, or recruit others to follow your lead!
Coached Ski is a program that prepares members for one of three Nordic events: The City of Lakes Loppet, The Vasaloppet or The American Birkebeiner. It is the best coached ski program in the Twin Cities for veterans or beginners who plan on participating in an organized event.
Coached skiers meet for weekly practice (Thursdays). When you sign up for coached ski, a Balance Nordic coach sends you individualized, weekly workouts based on your race, goals, level of experience and current ski conditions! REGISTER
