Morgan graduated sigma cum laud from South Dakota State University and moved to the Twin Cities to begin her career in fitness. That summer she founded Minneapolis’ Original Bootcamp. Four years later, in 2001, she opened Balance and gave Bootcamp a home. Today, she is proud to offer her clients a unique, embodied and mindful approach to their exercise routines. Aside from being a passionate and creative trainer and business manager, Morgan is an accomplished athlete, an avid outdoors woman, a chef, a student of spiritual philosophy, and, she thinks, a standup comedian.
Craig, co-founder of Balance, has been involved in the Minneapolis fitness community since 1992. After receiving his Master’s Degree in Health and Physical Education, Craig pursued numerous professional certifications including the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Craig is an accomplished and passionate runner, triathlete, practitioner of yoga, Pilates, and martial arts. He draws upon his lifetime of educational, professional and personal health and wellness experiences in creating the Balance Philosophy of Exercise.
